The location of this unit is a definite plus!!! We are both in our 70's and the short walk to the pool area & parking was a plus. Our host was very helpful and replied in a timely manner. However, this unit needs some serious updating, the living room furniture is worn out, dirty and smelly. (Even holes in the sofa) I covered it with a throw so that we could sit on it. The carpet is the same, simply worn out, it needs to be replaced. The traffic areas around the kitchen and living room were dirty. One bed was ok but the 2nd one matched the worn out furniture, it needs to be replaced. There are no dressers for clothing, even a small one in the closet would have been helpful.The kitchen had the bear minimum (pans were in terrible shape & none of the lids fit anything). The bathroom was no exception, get rid of all the mirrors and old tub and put in a walk in shower and an adult size toilet. Many of the renters are older it needs to be safer and more senior friendly. This unit provided a roof over our heads, however everything in it is old and worn out. As for the pools and etc...it was advertised that the inside pool/hot tubes were heated year around, we found that to be a problem, out of the 8 weeks that we stayed there were a number of days that the pools & hot tubs were cold. As for rating 1-5 I could only give this unit a 2. We did enjoy the St George area, plenty to see and do!
