The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 room w/ 1 King bed & ensuite bathroom, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, A/C & heating, and a private hot tub on a furnished patio with beautiful views.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo and community amenities, including pools, hot tubs, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, tennis and more. The condo is ground-level, although one flight of stairs is required to access this unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located near Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Red Rock Commons, Utah Tech University & championship golf courses, this condo offers easy access to outdoor adventures, shopping, and local attractions.



Getting Around:

Parking outside the unit is available for 2 vehicles with additional street parking aplenty. The condo is conveniently located near major roads, offering easy access to St. George’s attractions.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is self-catering with a starter kit of toiletries and supplies provided. Guests may restock as needed from nearby supermarkets. Pet-friendly with a pre-paid fee (1 pet allowed).

For future stays: please note the community swimming pools are seasonal and are closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving through the Friday before Presidents Day weekend; pools will remain filled but are not heated nor safe for swimming during this time. Both community hot tubs remain open year-round. The private hot tub on the patio of the home will also be available for use year-round.
