  • This 4,221 sq. ft. luxury home is a two-story residence located on the golf course at The Fairways in The Ledges of St. George. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home is designed to accommodate groups of various sizes. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

    The gourmet kitchen features a full-sized double oven, a large sink, and a five-burner gas cooktop, catering to those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable and inviting environment, with bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities include a firepit, an electric vehicle (EV) charger, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios on both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement.

    Situated on the golf course, this luxurious home provides a premium living experience. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor spaces, residents and guests can appreciate the upscale features and thoughtful design of this stunning property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third stay at The Ledges and it never fails to impress. Desert Retreat is a great house, beautifully decorated and with room to spread out for our party of 6! Staff at the Ledges are terrific - with Dan and Kimber being exceptional. Golf course options in the area are excellent, as are the restaurant options. Cliffside was our top choice for dining and golf at Wolf Creek, Copper Rock, Sky Mountain and San Hollow. There is also great cycling and hiking in the area!

Golfers Paradise!
