Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in St. George with AC, WiFi, BBQ grill and hot tub

Welcome to the Homemade Haven! This one bedroom, one bath apartment is located in the downstairs portion of our home. It is a walkout/daylight unit so you don’t get any basement-y feel. ZERO stairs to access the unit! The entrance is located on the backside of our house so you do have to walk around through the grass but it’s all flat.
The bedroom has one king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a fan and luggage rack in the closet. There is also a TV with streaming apps. We offer additional beds in the form of air mattresses (twin or queen) and a pack-n-play available upon request that can be set up in either the bedroom or living room.
The living room has a couch with electronic reclining, an additional electric recliner, a coffee table that converts into a desk, and a 55 inch Tv with streaming apps.
The kitchen has everything you need, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances.
We provide extra fans and heaters for you to run for temperature control or for white noise since we do live upstairs. There is also an Alexa speaker so you can play music. Wi-Fi is provided.
Parking is in front of our house but street parking is very safe and commonly used in our neighborhood.
There is a patio space for the unit with chairs, a BBQ grill, and hot tub.
Stays of two of more nights enjoy a homemade treat from our home baking business.
