"Clean and quiet room in the Ruby tower. Great to have the gym near, but it’s missing the possibility to wipe down the machines. Location was good and the rideshare pickup is by the main entry so that was nice too. But the extra 200 usd they charge you on the stop is pointless for the lack of service you get."

"At arrival our TV was not working. I informed one from the staff at the reception. He promised to send someone to fix it, but nothing happened. So I had to go back the next evening and ask again. This was during the FIFA World Cup, so we really wanted to watch the games."
