Våre anbefalinger for landlige småhus i St. Catharines
8.4 av 10, Veldig bra, (118 anmeldelser)
«The trailer is rented by an owner and the park front desk refer all questions and issues to the owner. I did not understand or clue in that I was renting from an owner, so although it makes sense that the resort front desk is not responsible for the trailer, the quick deflection to the owner was not what I expected.»

«Overall, the place was clean and well kept. Having to bring our own towels was a bit of a pain, as was having to make the beds ourselves. The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy. The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing.»

«We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were ...

«The initial impression was great, however, the next morning all was revealed. There was an ant infestation that continued through the whole trip (it was blamed on weather), stained furniture, no cleaning products (dust pan, broom etc. all locked up) and the second bedroom bed not suitable for an adult to sleep on. I did reach out to the host who did provide ant traps and chemicals, however, they did not go for the traps and were crawling all over the kitchen counters (coming out of the ...
