«The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good ...

«Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had more days in Bologna! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and was very nice to arrange a late checkout for us. The only issue we had was the getting the key to work in the door (which could just be because we are americans and didn't know how to work it), otherwise a perfect stay in the perfect location very close to everything in the town center!»

«Initially stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed but due to air conditioning not working they couldn't fix (staff were great and tried fixing as soon as we emailed), so we ended up moving to a different apartment which was much better. The first had an odd layout in that the only bathroom was inside the main bedroom, so anyone staying on the sofa bed would need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which isn't ideal when you get up frequently in the night!
