Enjoy premiere beach location at Oceans 13, newly renovated and just steps from the white sand of St. Augustine Beach! Oceans 13 Unit A is in a one-story duplex located in the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Walk across the street in the morning to Kookaburra, a local favorite coffee shop, or to Island Donut Shop for a gourmet donut. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and enjoy a lazy morning in the sunroom. Pick up a few beach chairs provided and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.

Oceans 13 Unit A is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

The host was terrible, The two units i rented we're not ready for me. They sent workers to run grinders lawn equipment ect. Without letting me know anything, and kicking up gravel and dirt and dust on my vehicles, I called and no one in the office answered the phone to stop the landscaper from his assault on our property. The guy with the grinder did leave after i asked him to stop damaging my vehicles with all the debri that his grinder was making. The place on a whole is old and alot of tiles chipping and craking inside, dings on the refrigerator ect. The housekeeping however was great, clean bed and toiletries. Nice location, I stayed many times before and gave good reviews because of the location great housekeeping, I would of liked to have done the same even though its dated, But the lady in charge was just plain rude about showing any concern about my family's visit. Also to anyone renting, Please take note of the wooden structure on the side of unit B it was outrageous how bad of the condition it was in, It's ready to collapse nails exposed i told the maintenance guy with the grinder about it hopefully he addresses it before anyone else rents on that side. It is in a great location great housekeeping close to restaurants and steps to the beach, It's worth checking out in that regard, Communication is great when booking, It breaks down if you have a complaint.

Good location. Good layout for two couples or family of 4. Close to beach. We had a pest problem and they sent someone but it didn’t help. They could improve the porch with a ceiling fan and maybe move the dryer. Would have been nice to have a binder of info on the house which we usually find in most places we rent. Had some issues figuring out TV’s.

Great place!

We’ve stayed several places in St Augustine, this was by far the best. Nice 2br/2 bath. Clean and comfortable. No ants or other pest problems. Short walk to the beach, great location, even walking distance to several restaurants

Relaxation at its best

The house was clean and stocked with needed amenities. The management company is super responsive and even left a personal note inside the house. It was a great location for restaurants and the beach. The Florida room was a bonus. The house comfortably fit four adults. We absolutely loved staying here.

Perfect location on the beach

Ocean 13 unit A was perfect for our needs. Steps from the beach as well as restaurants and snacks (three ice cream shops and Island Donuts!) and easy access to all greater St. Augustine has to offer. The space was clean, well stocked with basics like kitchen tools and linens, and the host was quick to respond to questions. Little extras, like games, puzzles, books, beach chairs & umbrellas, and even a nice cooler made the place even better. We will look for this place next time we head to St. Augustine Beach

Peaceful getaway

Lovely unit steps from the beach! Our unit was so comfortable and had everything we required to meet our needs. There were nice restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils when we wanted to just stay in and cook. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful Home away from Home

We had an absolutely *amazing* stay at Oceans 13 Unit A during the week of Thanksgiving! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a gem. The location couldn’t have been better—just a two-minute walk to the stunning St. Augustine Beach. The neighborhood’s charm truly shines; every morning, we enjoyed walking across the street to Beaxhside Diner for the best breakfast beignets and Island Donut Shop for a gourmet treat and awesome coffee. The proximity to the pier and local eateries made exploring so effortless. The home itself was perfect: beautifully decorated with a cozy, beachy vibe, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The crisp white linens and soft towels gave a hotel-like feel, while the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up a Thanksgiving feast. We loved the thoughtful extras like the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella, which made our beach outings so convenient. The keyless entry and free parking were also a huge plus, making the whole experience seamless. One of our favorite moments was enjoying the serene sunroom in the mornings and places to eat within walking distance. Being so close to the Nights of Lights festivities was an extra treat—we caught "Light Up Night" and were in awe of the holiday magic in historic downtown, just a short drive away. Beach cottage

Very nice 2 bedroom cottage, clean and spacious. 2 minute walk to the ocean. A quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to several shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are included. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. Only a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine old town.

Enjoyed the home and the location.

This was our first time to St. Augustine Beach and this home was in the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and to breakfast, dinner and shopping. Communication with the host was easy - as well as check in. The home had everything we needed.

Beach time

Lovely bungalow close to the beach. One level, easy access and great vibes. Just was about perfect for two couples. So nice to sit outside and look at the stars, traffic is no issue. Door front parking makes moving in and out so easy. Just a short walk to the dunes taking us over to the beach. Enjoyed the sun porch during some rainy times. Beds were very comfortable, crisp and clean. Extra bedding was a plus for the old guy. So good to be close to some really good eating places. Hope we are able to do it again soon.
