Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and four beds accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided throughout, and both a washer and dryer make it simple to refresh between beach days without skipping a beat.

Living space
The living and dining area is a natural gathering point - somewhere to decompress after a morning in the surf or settle in for a relaxed evening. A TV with standard cable is available for downtime, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen gives you everything needed to cook at your own pace. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals without the rush.

Outdoor living
The balcony serves as your front-row seat to the Atlantic - open the doors and let the ocean air in, or pull up a chair and watch the shoreline shift through the day. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your time on Crescent Beach, and a community pool offers another way to spend time outside when you're not in the water.

Building & access
An elevator services the building, reaching the fourth floor with ease. Two free parking spaces are available on premises, and self check-in via keypad through a private entrance means your arrival is smooth and on your own schedule.

Situated in St. Augustine, this oceanfront condo gives you immediate access to Crescent Beach while placing you within reach of one of Florida's most historically rich destinations. Whether the plan is full days on the sand or exploring the area between swims, the location holds up either way.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
