The living area brings warmth and personality together through nostalgic coastal décor that feels lived-in and inviting. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, while the TV is there for easy evenings in. Step out onto the patio and you're met with the salty ocean breeze and the faint sound of nearby surf - the kind of moment that makes you stop and breathe a little slower.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen bed, set up with fresh towels, bed sheets, and essentials ready for your arrival. Pack light - everything you need is waiting. Upstairs you'll find two more queen beds for additional guests and family.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Settle in at the dining table for a slow morning coffee or a relaxed dinner before the next beach day begins.

Bathroom
The bathrooms includes a bathtub/shower combo, hair dryer, and hot water - a proper wind-down after sun, sand, and salt.

Outdoor & arrival
A private patio with grill provides opportunity for easy dinner nights in. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Free driveway parking, and self check-in via keypad keeps arrival simple and flexible.

Location
Seagate Escape sits just south of the South Ponte Vedra Beach Club in North Vilano Beach, five miles from Historic St. Augustine and a quick shot up to Ponte Vedra Beach. Direct beach access puts the Atlantic just steps away, a 10 min walk to public access at 3rd St. Free parking on premises means one less thing to coordinate. The surrounding area carries a quiet residential feel while keeping you within easy reach of coastal dining, cultural landmarks, and the natural scenery the northeast Florida coastline is known for.
