– The oceanfront pool is shared with the Pier Point South community and is open dusk till dawn.
– No pets are allowed in any rental units, per community rules.
– No smoking is permitted inside the unit
– Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM for the comfort of all guests.
– Please note: we are in a beachfront location, so occasional sand and sea breezes are part of the charm (and experience!).
