Welcome to your luxury beach and wellness retreat in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Just one block from the ocean, this beautifully and newly designed coastal home, built in 2023, offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and resort-style amenities and spans over two stories and 2501 sq ft of living space.



Spend your days walking to the beach, lounging by the private saltwater pool, soaking in the spa, relaxing in the near infrared sauna, cooling off in the cold plunge, or gathering around the gas fire pit under the custom pergola. The outdoor space is designed for easy vacation living, with teak decking, turf, soft evening lighting, an outdoor shower, and plenty of room to unwind after a day in the sun.



Inside, the home feels calm, bright, and elevated. Soaring ceilings, natural light, warm wood accents, and thoughtful finishes create a peaceful coastal atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re cooking in the designer kitchen, enjoying coffee before the beach, relaxing after a long day, or making time for movement or meditation in the wellness studio, this home is built for guests who want a true retreat experience.

Every event booking automatically includes 2 nights of accommodations for 10 people, plus access to our preferred vendors list and discounted table and chair rentals. The location is one of the best parts of the home. You’re just one block from the ocean, with a dedicated beach crosswalk nearby at F Street, making it easy to get your toes in the sand.

- Beach days are just steps away - literally! No long drives or complicated parking - just quick and simple access to the sand and surf.

-For those with 4-wheel drive, you can also drive onto the beach a few blocks away at the A Street access! If you're looking to explore the beaches a bit more, the Mary Street access is about 10 minutes away. and Matanzas Inlet is only about 20 minutes south and offers additional beach access, beautiful views, and calm tidal pools perfect for relaxing or shell hunting.

- You're in prime St. Augustine beach! Enjoy mini-golf, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Wednesday morning farmers market at the St. Augustine pier, plus pier fishing!

- The property is only 4.5 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine, with quick access to top-rated restaurants, shops, attractions and museums.

- Looking for more adventure? Head 10 minutes south to Palm Coast and enjoy a day at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, where you can kayak along the coast.

THE SPACE:

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and connection. The layout works beautifully for families, couples, groups of friends, or guests looking for a high-end beach escape with plenty of room to spread out.



The main living area is bright and open, with dramatic ceilings, large windows, and comfortable gathering spaces. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room make it easy for everyone to be together, whether you’re cooking, dining, watching a movie, or relaxing after the beach.



The kitchen is a standout feature, with custom cabinetry, premium Thermador appliances, a steam oven, convection oven, gas cooktop with center griddle, workstation sink, quartz surfaces, appliance garage, and a separate beverage fridge. It’s fully set up for guests who enjoy cooking, hosting, or simply having a beautiful place to make coffee and breakfast before heading to the beach.



The first-floor primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a spa-inspired bathroom, freestanding soaking tub, and elevated finishes. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping space, including a custom bunk room that’s perfect for families or groups.



One of the most unique features of the home is the wellness studio with its own private entrance. Inside is a spacious area fully equipped for a yoga retreat, with mats, blocks, infrared sauna and steam shower with chromotherapy. Use this space for yoga, stretching, meditation, private workouts, or simply as a quiet space to reset during your stay.



The outdoor area is where this home truly shines. The private saltwater pool and spa create a resort-style setting right at home. The pool can be heated or chilled depending on the season, and the separate spa is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The gas fire pit, custom pergola, outdoor shower, cold plunge, teak decking, and softly lit landscaping make the backyard feel like your own private coastal oasis.



OPEN LIVING:

The home was designed so guests can relax and connect easily. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, creating one large gathering space for meals, conversations, games, movies, or casual downtime. We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.



THE LAYOUT: This home has a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom layout.

First Floor:

Primary Bedroom: A king bed with spa-style bathroom, walk in shower and freestanding soaking tub.

Half Bathroom: Located in the downstairs hallway

Living Room: Open and bright gathering space.

Kitchen: Designer kitchen with premium appliances and beverage fridge.

Dining Area: Open to the kitchen and living room.



Second Floor:

Bedroom 2: Another primary en suite bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3: A queen bed

Bedroom 4: A custom bunk bed with two twins on top and a full side on the bottom with a custom built desk.

We offer a washer and dryer inside on the first floor. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is walkable within minutes to sand, and is situated near drive-on beaches like A Street and Mary Street.



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($2000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
