«A good value. Location is great for cruisers. If you are lucky, your cruise will depart from Prince Wharf, which is adjacent to the building. Otherwise, Queen Wharf is a little more than 1/4 mile away. The unit was properly equipped with kitchen stuff, plenty of coffee and tea supplies for about 2 to 3 days. «Idyllic location in the trees. Very accommodating host. Five-minute walk to small shopping area with half a dozen restaurants. Room itself is nice but very small; we were traveling with a lot of luggage and felt cramped. Path from covered parking to room is steep and not really suited for dragging all those bags up and down. We'd love to stay again when we were traveling with a normal amount of luggage. »

«Parking only suitable for a small car. Lovely quiet area with a nice courtyard area for sitting out. Clean spacious unit with comfortable seating. «All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. »

«We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies.
