«I reached all my destinations easily, the trash is next to the fridge in case anyone misses it because I did. There is no sponge to wash dishes luckily I brought one. The house is gorgeous and cozy. Enjoyed my stay to its full capacity. The bed is comfortable. Enjoy your stay everyone »

«Well equipped kitchen. Not a lot of storage for clothing, we had a 2 week stay. The laminated paper with contact info was out of date so it took a while to contact the correct person. That needs to be updated. The location was great, right off a main highway, easy access to drove to national parks as well as downtown St George. We were there during the heat dome, so that limited our outside activities later in the day. »

«Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels. «This was our second day at Rose cottage. Jack is made an eclectic and cozy oasis right outside of Zion national Park. Everything that we needed, every creature comfort was available. We had unexpected visits from wildlife while we were there, as well. Would definitely stay at his cottage again.»

«Very clean and halfway between Bryce and Zion, an hour drive to both. However, directly by the area's main road and a lot of traffic noise. And the beds, while firm but comfortable, squeaked and groaned with any large movement, loud enough to wake people on the other bed. If you are a solid sleeper, I'd highly recommend it, but if a light sleeper, this place may not be for you. Still, nicely decorated, all the essentials and well managed.»
