«This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs. The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance.»

«This is great home base for a large family to be close to everything the Niagara area has to offer. The home is an older home, but well maintained. Everything works. Hot water was plentiful and the individual room AC's worked great at keeping each room at the perfect temperature. Plenty of parking space in the driveway for multiple cars. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice walking park within 50 feet for pets. Enclosed, well maintained back yard.»

«The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. »
