«Wifi wasn’t working. All else was great!»

«Alles super!»

«Staff was helpful.»

«We booked and paid by Expedia. I handed my card for the deposit and the clerk said he wanted cash. I told him no. Not sure how we would have gotten the deposit back. The office was locked the next morning when we left. We travel alot and put up with alot. This was the worst. We were on the road for 14 hours and were dead tired otherwise we would have gone somewhere else.»

«It was convenient spot because of how close it was to were I needed to be but the room I stayed in wasn’t the best to say the least. Pillows had hair from other people as well as the bathroom. «Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel and I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia chat bot & a real person before issue was resolved. The Motel 6 attendant was helpful, but the room was very outdated, holes in bedspreads and TV did not work.»

«The room was clean and comfortable, the only problem was the shower had bad water pressure.»

«Amazing workers.»

«From check-in to check-out the staff was excellent. Friendly, thorough and informative. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. If I ever need a room in Springerville AZ they will be my first choice.»

«Dank der Renovierung ein wirklich gutes Hotel und für den Preis eine sehr gute Wahl. An der Rezeption lief alles schnell und reibungslos. Den 5.Stern könnte sich das Hotel verdienen, wenn das Frühstück besser wäre. Nur Waffeln und Cereals sind zu wenig - kein cream Cheese oder Marmelade. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.»
