«Beautiful property! The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is like none other. We loved the selection for Breakfast and ate at the Restaurant for Dinner, which was fabulous! Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Every time we passed a member of the staff, they spoke. It really was like stepping into a Hallmark quaint hometown Movie! 10/10 will go again! »

«Nick, the co-owner, is very accommodating and personable. Ruffles Gap Roadside Inn (from the 1940s) is campy, cool and totally updated. Did I mention his coffee?!»

«We were greeted by the owner…she very graciously showed us around the hotel and gave us a room with a view of the New River. She was very welcoming. The 1902 building has been beautifully restored. The room was great…as a side note, she told us that they would be opening a steakhouse in town in a couple of weeks. The space worked very well for us as a couple. Note that they have rooms and dining options available for scheduling an event for friends and family.»

«Drug deals in and out of the building. Windows busted out. Crack heads all over the property. People running a u know what house ran out of the room next to us. Walked into a room with holes in the wall. Bugs everywhere even on the bed. Check in area window was even busted. Room that serves breakfast haha was closed. I walked in the room looked around and walked out. Still waiting for my refund lol we’ll see. Pictures are not true at all on the site »
