«I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. «The property decking was rotten at places and dangerous. Railing at stairs were broken and falling apart. I fell due to no leaf removal. Washer broken on arrival, blind broken next to fireplace. Cobwebs throughout property. Not impressed with property at all. Also, Bernard’s landing had a card inside to rent from them directly for 30% discount which is a problem for VRBO. I have been using VRBO for years and never this dissatisfied with a property. Definitely not impressed »

«This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!»

«We were so happy to find this place to book for my wife’s LU graduation. This is a condo on the top, third floor. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. In the evenings there were deer sleeping on the lawn next the pond below. The place its self is so clean, cozy, and trendy. Everything placed in the home was carefully thought of and it shows. Very very nice. Highly recommend this hideaway. »
