«Awesome communication from host and check in and out was smooth and simple. The house was perfect for our family and the host even allowed us to bring a dog, the fenced in back yard was perfect for her! There was plenty of space for everyone, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding items. There were some kitchen staples which was nice so we didn't have to buy those things and it was nice to have some soaps and laundry detergents also. The neighborhood seemed very nice, people ...

«The smell should be addressed before you rent out this property. I read the reviews but never thought it would be that bad. We dealt with it by purchasing a fragrant candle so it didn’t ruin our trip completely. Overall the accommodations were adequate for what we needed for the price. The host did respond quickly and check-in, checkout was smooth. I would suggest you have additional linens for use of futon couches if needed. The outdoor areas were great. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area.»
