«There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. «Service was terrible. The staff were dressed like bums and were less than professional in demeanor. Everything seemed uncomfortable including the beds, chairs, and shower. Considering the price, it was very disappointing.»

«The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled.
I will return and stay on my next visit.
