«It's a cute house in a quiet area. For the most part it was peaceful. The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. Once we figured out parking, it was fine, but the first night, we got in late and parked to allow a pick up truck space to get out, but a van pulled in and I could not get to my driver seat. Instructions letting guests know about the vehicles and to move way to the right. But other than ...

«Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions.
