«Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. «It's a cute house in a quiet area. For the most part it was peaceful. The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable.
