«It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking.
It did smell very musty, which I know the owners were trying to fix as there are air purifiers in several spots. The AC was window units not central air. The beds were ...

«The inside of the house was adorable. Very close to downtown, could easily walk there. The only negative was that you had to go outside to get to the fenced in backyard, there's no direct access from inside house.»

«Property and cleanliness was fantastic! Loved the view of the water, spaciousness, and seeing wild life we hadn't seen before. The area was beautiful and peaceful. The Simpsons arcade and pool table were a big bonus and very entertaining. The only thing I would suggest to others that stay is that if you plan on making your own meals, to be prepared to get spices (besides salt and pepper), cooking spray, foil, and a can opener as there aren't any available.
