«It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. «Wonderful property for a Lake Michigan beach vacation. The house was perfect and the description of the property was spot on. The location was very convenient … a short walk to so many places in this little town, such as the local coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Just wished I would have brought my mtb bike because there are so many trails in West Michigan, even in Berrien Springs. Will definitely return.»

«The driveway, walkway and porch could have used a good sweeping/cleaning!The rooms were very clean and neat. The house has a rather "musty" smell.The garage (which you have to go through), and back deck needed sweeping/cleaning. The yard, both front and back needed some real tending to....Personal taste--don't like plastic dishes !No icemaker !For the price and last minute booking it was okay. Thanks»
