«The hotel was really nice but the service was not good at all. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the property was really great. However, they didn’t tell us that we had to request daily cleaning if we wanted to and the restaurant service was not good. We had a breakfast and 2 dinners where for 1 we waited for more that an 1 h with an next to empty restaurant. When we asked how long did it take, they said they didn’t know and the food was mediocre. »

«Nice hotel, very close to the university and next to the hospital. Easy parking. Typical three star hotel, clean and decent space. Bathroom seemed updated. One can see when staff loves their job, they don’t in this hotel, but I guess they where students at the University, so that is understandable. Would stay there again based on location and cleanliness.»

«It was a quick stop but room wasn’t clean. They decorated the lobby cute though.»

«We loved the Copperline Lodge! Wonderful, lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location. I can't wait to come back!»

«100% the best hotel stay I’ve had, and I did not expect that out of anywhere in Wyoming. Amazing property, great parking, great staff, great entry way, elevators that worked quickly, room was exactly as described in initial booking, and the breakfast was better than some $900/ night hotels I’ve been to. I will be back here again without a doubt.»

«The breakfast was good. There were whiskers in my bathroom sink. The hot tub wasn’t hot. They charged my credit card $370.20 after I left, claiming that I stayed an extra day (which I didn’t…checked out 6am scheduled day). I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.»

«It is not a fancy place. But for what it is, it does well.»

«It was well priced.»

«Staff, breakfast all really great»
