«This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. «The house was perfect size for our family. Although, the listing was misleading as we did not get the whole property to ourselves. I was unaware there was a basement unit and other units attached. There were issues with the stove/oven which was a little difficult when marking dinner.»

It is fully updated, yet still retained a lot of the historic charm you would want, with refinished wood floors, brass knobs and cute little nooks and crannies. The updated shower with higher shower head for tall people and plush towels, larger size shampoo, shower gel and lotion was all well thought out and appreciated!!
