«The tent was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The provided bed coverings were very warm and the small propane heater on the low setting was adequate for a 40 degree night. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location of the campground is in a very scenic location but also next to a 2-lane highway through the Delores River Canyon, fortunately with very little traffic at the time I visited (April). There is also a small general store across the street.

«So apparently expedia doesn't let you specifically choose which tiny home your getting or you might even end up getting an Airstream instead. I booked 2 tiny homes and thought they would lofted ones like pictures show. Ended up getting not a loft one and also ended up not even getting a tiny home for the booking. Got an Airstream instead. In the tiny home too the counter aka tables had stools that almost touched the top of them so cant really sit under them. And my wife was also to work remote. ...

«The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained. Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed.
We also had the vague expectation we could find something to eat that wasn't gas station food or a way to cook something--Ballard's ...

«If you want to experience the great outdoors from the rustic point of view this is perfect. Comfortable bedding, nice breeze through the wagon, up at dawn and to bed at dark. Page is just a short drive who had a variety of choices to eat. Unfortunately it was too windy to make s’mores and sit around the campfire.»
