«The unit was very clean. The deck on the water was great for watching boats passby abd wild life.we saw Manatee and small dolphins..Air conditioning was perfect. The only thing that was inconvenient was the coffee pot did not have reachable plugin for electricity. Had to move to small counter by stovetop. »

The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. «Totally understand it’s a house boat, but the spiders and cob webs were pretty bad. I feel sorry for anyone over 6 feet tall trying to use the restroom and dirty shower. There was also layers of dust on the fans in each room that was flaring up my daughter’s allergies. We ended up driving back home 4 hours away at midnight because of those issues. »

«The property was absolutely beautiful! Looked just like the pictures. The outside are at the end of the walkway with the outdoor seating and grill was really nice. The view was amazing from our deck. On our way out Zack was an awesome help getting our luggage to our vehicle in the pouring rain. He had such a wonderful spirit. We will definitely be returning. »
