«Sunny is amazing!!! He was so responsive when communicating before and during out stay. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, there was ample room in the kitchen, and we had a washer/dryer to use. KP Hole was close so we could access the Rainbow River with ease and only a 20 min driver to get into town. We had plenty of room to park an SUV with a kayak trailer. Rainbow River Bungalows was quiet and well maintained.»

«Contact with host was so easy from start to finish. The Carriage House was beyond our expectations. Easy access and so inviting. Exactly as described. We can’t say enough about this property and hosts. We were in town for a show at Anderson Music Hall. So many attractions close by. We cancelled plans the last night just to sit and enjoy the Mountain View, deer and the firefly’s definitely put on a show. Will definitely be our #1 choice.»

«Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. «How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place. ...

The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected.
