«We were 6 women who was looking for shopping and restaurants. Perfect location for both. The bungalow we stayed in was the cutest ever. Very spacious for all 6 of us and had everything we needed. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Tomball area! If we could give a 50 out of 10 we would! »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
