Abbey Springs is a great community and the kids had fun at the pool and recreation center. The fitness center was well maintained and the staff were attentive to our needs. «This is in the Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties at Grand Geneva, though the owner is not directly part of the Holiday Inn. The property is nice. Only negative was the tub was not jetted as advertised. We were there for a getaway and it served our purposes nicely. I would imagine it is great in the summer. It was cheaper than through the resort and no resort fees. We would recommend it.»

«The little timber area was perfect for my 4yo. She really enjoyed it. They also have different activities for the kids during the day so it gives you some options if you don't want to be in the water park all day. Downtown Lake Geneva is also a short drive away if you want to get out of the resort. My biggest problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard. »
