«The employees got along so well. When I went to check in, the computers went down. They could not make keys. They called maintenance who came right away to help out. Then I told them I had a dinner to go to and they had someone walk me up and let me in with a master. I was able to get ready, and while I was in the room, they were able to get the computer up and I had keys before I left for the evening. You just could tell the staff respected each other.»

«I have stayed at Hotel 1620 several times and have typically had a great experience, but unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We stayed in a double queen room (Room 344) on Saturday, August 15th. Both mattresses were extremely uncomfortable — very hard and springy — and both of us woke up with sore backs the next morning. "Very nice! The only thing I missed was more options for breakfast, like omeletts, pastiries, fruit etc and real curtains in the rooms. It hets really light so if you have children bring som black curtains."
