«Great location. Amazing service. Good breakfast. Nice pool and outdoor area. Very expensive for the standard. The rooms are quite old (old-fashioned), squeaky floors and very noisy from the street (bar/club right outside the window). The queen size bed not very comfortable. Happy hour every day with "free" beer/wine/fruit is a huge plus. »

«We had a fabulous stay, the owner was a very friendly person who cooked our breakfast herself every morning and gave us information about cape cod and Martha’s Vineyard. 3 out of the four other guests were people who had stayed their before. It was a very special place, and we will go back.»

It was pure luck that I found the foodpath up to the motel area from Atlantic St., but this made my room much more accessible. The only downside was thin walls - I could hear my neighbor's conversations very clearly.»

«We stayed a long weekend pre season at the seagrove and were very happy with our choice. We had the two bedroom suite with our infant and dog and there was enough room for all of us comfortably and allowed us a place to hang out after our baby went to bed. In warmer weather we definitely would have enjoyed the chairs outside our room, the yard games and the pool all the amenities were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again in a future trip to the cape.»

«I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex. The place is undergoing renovations, so by summer it will be even better than better.»

«This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise, ...
