«The host had some really nice extras like water bottles available to take and lots of towels. The notes on the walls were charming and helpful. Being older we would’ve appreciated the toilet being on the second floor with the bedrooms but that’s not anything the host can control. »

«Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is big and accommodating, everything you could need is there. It's in a nice area surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet... Apart from a background noise from the stream that runs close by. The area looks good for fishing as there is a lot of rivers / streams and private fisheries nearby. The hosts were great and made a point of coming to talk to me when id arrived. I do plan on booking again. Highly recommend.»

«The house was beautiful, comfortable, and really well laid out. The internet/wifi was fast enough for streaming movies (just barely, but it was). We were grateful for the separate clothes washer and tumble dryer. Since we stayed for a month, Sarah included a weekly cleaning service, which was also very much appreciated. And of course, the nearby pub! We hope to stay here again in the future, and we recommend this home without hesitation.»

«Beautiful restored tower. Really enjoyed our two nights there with our puppy. Plenty of garden space for her to run around in. Pub two mins down the road for an evening drink. Only accepts cash, no food, very small, but lovely people in there. Short drive to templemore where all the amenities are. Can’t recommend this place enough to spend some nights :)»

«Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us. We would definitely return when visiting Cork ...
