For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. «We spent a week in the coach house and had a wonderful time. It’s a quiet place close to the sea and beach. Just a short drive to Waterford and the larger city. We did use the coach house as the basecamp for our exploration of Irelands ancient east, perfect for a trip to Hooks head, Wexford, Dunmore east, fantastic walk along country roads btw, and also hiking in the hills.
