«Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.»

«Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. We hardly seen employees and our check in was less than personable. The security features on the door were broken off the inside of the door. You have to wall down the hall to get a 4 oz cup of ...
