«Not enough towels the room was crawling with ants. The shower was too low and the elevators didn’t work. Overall condition of the hotel was bad.»

«The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!»

«!!BED BUGS!! Don’t stay here unless you like bed bugs! We asked for financial compensation and they told us they wouldn’t give it since we booked through Expedia. We then contacted Expedia and they told us the property only has the authority to do that, so our agent reached out to them and they denied us yet again. They offered us ONE free night at another property as compensation, but why would I want one free night when I spent $100 a night for 4 nights of sleeping with bed bugs?? Completely ...

«Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She ...
