«Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.»

«There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst.»

«Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.»

«Just a place to lay your head. Don’t expect any amenities. Bring everything you would need in your own kitchen and bath because nothing is supplied. Not a sponge or a replacement trash bag even. Dirty floors especially the air vents. Be warned the washer and dryer are in an ancient filthy basement. Guess you get what you pay for.»
