«Check-in was quick. Employee was friendly. Elevators were quick and clean. Room was spacious and clean and came with coffee maker and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Window black-out blinds worked well. Water pressure in the shower was good. The only disappointment was the lack of healthy breakfast options.»

«Hyggelig betjening. Hun hjalp oss med henting etter at vi hadde levert leiebil. Svarte høflig på alle spørsmål, blid og hyggelig med masse latter. Fantastiske senger! God plass på rommet og lekkert bad med såpe og sjampo i dusjen. Snacks tilgjengelig i resepsjonen. Vi reiste før frokost og fikk frukt og müslibar med oss på reisen. Fantastisk!»

«We didn't know what to expect. This place was up to it's high rating. Julia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! The place was renovated into the hotel Teo years ago and still feels brand new. The a/c was the quietest we have ever experienced!! There is one of the coolest little markets next door along with some other places to eat that we will try the next time. Loved the waterfalls and casino close by.»

«They got all the things we asked for with a smile and thank you. I'm sorry I don't get the name of the small framed woman who served the breakfast. She give excellent service. Was so kind, and accommodating. We had a very good and restful time. From the front door all of your employees were great. We will visit again. Thnk them for making us feel at home away from home. «The property overall is top notch. I was pleased with my King suite, and had a nice view of the property overseeing the pool. The casino was a lot of fun. The staff does well to keep the game floor clean. Service could be improved at the cash center during busy hours, but the staff were all super friendly. I got a 80 min relaxation massage at the spa, and really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The pool was fantastic. I enjoyed all the meals from 3 Stacks. I do not recommend Ramsays Kitchen. I ...

«Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. They put us in room 101 and it seemed a little like staying in a basement, idk if it was humid or musty. But other than that, the bed was nice and room was big. shower had good pressure and was hot! No real complaints!»

«The desk person was also the person with the breakfast. 30 minutes in to breakfast everything was gone, we needed to ask him if there was more food. The grill for the waffles was disgustingly dirty, more than what could happen in 30 minutes. The food was burnt on, there was a tray underneath with grease and flies. This was really disappointing as we have stayed there at least 5 or 6 times going to or coming home from Florida. Doubt I would stay again.»
