The room was not bad, the problem was with the front door and adjacent window. With the door closed we could see a through a slot the sidewalk; furthermore the exterior noise was terrible, with a truck stop across the street. Truckers using their Jacob break system were incredibly noisy, over and above the nearby train horns at a cross road.
The complex is showing as Days Inn and Baymont by Wyndham, my gut feeling is that rooms are the same, The airconditioning machine and sofa were prbably 30 years old, dirty and the A/C remote was old, dirty and had no battery.
some renovations have been made recently to the room, with flat TV and bathroom, Operator must spend $ to replace front door and window to provide minimum noise reduction and bring this unit to the 21st century: Window .is single glass, probably 50 years old.
The breakfast area leaves for desire and also needs a major upgrading.
