"We had a pleasant stay overall, and the friendly and welcoming staff really made a difference. The rooms were a good size, and the hotel offered a great range of facilities, which definitely helped bring our overall rating up. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance.
However, we were quite disappointed with the sound insulation. We could hear quite a lot from outside and from neighbouring areas, which affected our comfort at times. The room layout was also somewhat unusual, as the toilet does not have a separate enclosed door. This means that sounds from the bathroom can be clearly heard from the bedroom, which was not ideal.
Despite these drawbacks, the pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and the other available facilities made the stay enjoyable overall."
