«Stayed the weekend here for hockey tournament. Property is super close to the rink we played at, so very convenient. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants as well. The place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I give it 8 out of 10. I really only have a couple complaints. A few weeks before our stay, I realized I had booked the property a day earlier than I needed. I sent host a message through the app about modifying my dates and never heard back. I would have ...

13. Scenic Alaskan cabin in the mountains

Anchorage

«The desription of the cabin as "Scenic Alaskan cabin in the mountains" is NOT accurate. It is an old 2 story duplex, not a cabin. This place is in a run down neighborhood right off the Glenn Hyw in earshot of the traffic noise. Yes, there is a mountain in front of the house, but everything in Alaska has a mountain in view. All you can see of this "mountain" is the side and woods. The furnishings and provided cooking gear and coffee maker are Y2K yardsale and thrift store finds. It has old ...

17. Upper Mesa Villa #1, Glacier Suites - Upper Mesa Villa #1

Matanuska-Susitna

«The cleanliness of the place is bit questionable. The beds were clean but there were pet hairs all around the living room rug and furniture. The coffee machine provided was never cleaned as there was fungus from someone who might have used weeks or months ago. Amenities were ok but few basic items like kitchen towels were missing. Everything looked like used in a budget or should I say in frugal way. There were only 4 washing pods available for our guest group of 7. Additionally the cleaning ...
