«We rented a suite and there wasn’t even a microwave in the room. The moment we checked in (hadn’t even brought bags up yet) fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave the building for 20 minutes with no clarity or information as to what was happening. Arcade doesn’t turn on games until 9am. This is a children’s hotel, you think they don’t get up until 9am? There was nothing to do until they finally turned them on and the water park opened at 10am. Multiple lifeguards were extremely rude. Food ...
