«Terrible, never stay here! It’s so complicated to enter the room and they gave us a key that didn’t work. We told them from the beginning of the stay that the key doesn’t work, they don’t respond to you. Then on the last night the key fully broke inside of the door and locked everyone out, I wasn’t able to get back in to sleep until 9am. They still dont respond all this time. I was waiting on the street over night because the key was broken and they don’t respond.»

«El lugar está bastante céntrico, a una cuadra de la Gran Vía, algo que es muy bueno pero durante la noche hay mucho ruido por los camiones que descargan en la proximidad y el bar que está en la planta baja del edificio, la habitación es pequeña, pero cómoda, no tiene servicio de limpieza durante la estadía »

«The room is extremely small, and the black table where it is placed makes it very difficult to move around. There are no controls to adjust the room temperature, and the water is mostly cold with no proper balance. Overall, it was uncomfortable to stay here, and I would prefer to avoid this room.»

«The small room was very clean and you get 2 clean towels that is very thin and barely dries you up after a shower. The hot water was not reliable and available only on 1 day out of our 3 day stay. If cold showers are your thing, this place is it! Thry control the AC temp. It was set close to 80F. This was 167euro a night. The walls are paper thin. We informed management about fresh towels and cold showers. Neither was addressed. Fresh towels were not delivered. Look else where.»
