«The review for the hotel itself is a 5 star!! Rooms are very big and roomy. Hotel staff was amazing. The casino staff (in particular: the staff at the Players Club) were horrible. Customer service there was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. «The resort was very clean, with well maintained rooms. The housekeeping staff was excellent and our room was always sparkling clean with plenty of fresh towels and bottled water. The food was delicious at both restaurants. The adult only pool was closed due to an issue with pollen and had no reopening date. When I inquired they said it would be open in a day or two. When it finally did open there were children playing in the "adult only" pool, and it was not very clean. The pools are very small ...
