«Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!»

«Great Stay - we had a lovely stay at the Palmeston Rooms, room was lovely, very spacious, clean and everything you needed. Breakfast was great, good choice and very tasty, very professional and friendly hosts. Will definately return, thankyou.»

«This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can ...
