«Elegant rooms, nicely styled bathrooms, high end toiletries, outstanding front desk service from Victor and his boss. Special thanks to Alexis who served us late night drinks in Anacho! The bar was super crowded but she had our drinks out in record time including a special drink order - kir royale. We also dined at Esencia - phenomenal! Our server Nico was perfect, highlighting each dish that are elevated takes on the chef’s childhood dishes. »

«Beautiful room. 1107. Views were gorgeous! Bring your own keurig coffee if you're a coffee drinker! Next time we may stay at the Pearl as they looked like they had a little bit more to do for kids and the pool bar and restaurant were open! But the sapphire is the way to go if you want to cook your own meals and relax!! Gym was awesome! Teen game room is a fun addition for the kids also!»
