«Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it»

«This place is fantastic and is actually more affordable than most of the decent hotels in Laredo. I had family coming into town for a graduation and this home was EXACTLY what we needed. Spacious, fully furnished and enough bedrooms to maintain privacy. Low and behold, my sister forgot her "hanging clothes" and there were numerous nearby stores she was able to visit and put an outfit together. I will DEFINITELY rent this entire house on my own before I rent a hotel room in Laredo again.»

«The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered.
