«The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both.»

«This house was a short drive to river walk. Clean house with everything to fit our family of four. 2 adults and our 11 year old twins. Very comfortable. We traveled by train to San Antonio. 9 min drive from train station and 2 min drive to river walk and a 23 min drive to sea world. 3 bedroom and one bath and we only used 2 bed with plenty room to spare. Owners lived on property on back and were very nice. No complaints on this stay at all. Would definitely stay her again.»

«We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do, but out in the country. The kids enjoyed watching the deer come in and eat the corn that the owner had put out. If we’re back near San Antonio, we’d definitely rebook this location. Thank you for allowing us to stay!»

«While in Helotes for a music event had the pleasure of staying at the Art cottage. All was as explained and had a Great stay. If artsy and eclectic age is not your bag stay in a fancy hotel. If quiet and a woodsy feel is to your liking this is your spot!! 3 miles or so to old town Helotes and Floores Country store for music. This place and Marys Tacos are a must if visiting the San A &Helotes area. Also the Six Klick Cafe is a good spot. Hanging out on the patio under the giant Oak trees at the ...

Staff was friendly and cleaned the room after we notified and gave us hand soap. Coffee capsules was missing - only one capsules. Was expecting more from this type of hotel, price is not in line with standard.»
