«優點：整棟樓房非常潔淨、光亮，一塵不染，住得非常舒服。我們是兩個大人和兩個小孩同行，住了六天，期間有煮食，物品提供設備齊全。乾衣機房效能快，洗完衣服後很快便可以晾乾。有一個車位泊車。屋主能很快便回覆電郵回答問題。 缺點：唯獨樓梯有點高，如果帶老人家同行要小心行走，老人家也未必能走到三層高的睡房。另外在網上預約前期登記入住，抵埗前兩天給我的連結有問題，屋主亦未能協助解決，說是網站提供的連結，我不懂電腦，要找做電腦技術人員的朋友幫忙，方能解決連結問題。其他一切都很完美。»
