«The hotel has no employee on the premises to help with check-in. Everything is done (BEGRUDGINGLY) over the phone which kept dropping the call.The person representing the hotel obviously resents his job which was clear when he would only keep asking if I received his texted instructions instead of just answering my questions. Very poor customer relations.»
