«Cute little cottage with host next door. Convenient parking, was nice to have washer/dryer and there was plenty of coffee and some snacks. Loved the orange kitty that slept on the porch chair. Location is close enough to walk to downtown Jacksonville, cute coffee shop a couple doors down and gas station is located down the street. Met the host on a couple occasions and she was really sweet and accommodating. »
