«Do not use fall for this scam! We rented 3 bedroom (as advertised) and paid a crazy amount but did because we thought our family would all be together and we wanted to stay at the Marriot Ko Olina. I did not hear anything on how to check in keys etc, so before we were to get on plane I messaged the host Ana Villobos what is the check in procedure and that is when she told me that we would be in a two bedroom and a one bedroom and the two bedroom would have to switch to a different tower in ...

"We loved the facilities at this hotel. They even had self washers and dryers. They had grill outside and a pool which isnt only 1m deep and you could actually swim. The only negative comment we have is about housekeeping. We would still find sand grain on the floor after they cleaned."

"Nice hotel. Family friendly, lots of kids. Some bad cleaning in the room (the downlights had brown spots on them in the bathroom, went away easily, didn’t try to remove it myself in case it was sh*t). Breakfast wasn’t included. I ordered included, but to my surprise the «package» was only for 2, not all 4 of the party, had to pay extra every day. The breakfast was good, but not varied - it was missing simple things like cheese and ham and other fillings, spreads and cold cuts. A lot of fresh fruit which was nice. Nice rooms and a lot of elevators. Polite staff. All in all a good hotel with a great location on Waikiki, with some improvement-areas. Lastly, there were no lifeguards on duty in the pool, and poolwater was never during our stay «fresh» and clear. Looked grumsy. "
