The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and is the definition of great customer service and hospitality. The room was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The best part of our stay was the breakfast and the kick back was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.»

For starters, this was my 1st stay at this chain and it was chosen based on reviews and proximity to the event venue we were attending. The Customer Service was top tier! From the young lady who checked us in to the staff that kept the breakfast and dinner buffet staffed and the housekeeping staff. «Beste hotellet vi hadde på vår 2 uker lange road trip i Texas. Flott beliggenhet helt inntil River Walk. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Gratis brus, kaffe og popcorn. I tillegg til 3 gratis drinker og ettermiddags snacks mellom 5.30 og 7.00 Kan være litt utfordrene å parkere store biler i parkeringshuset. Men vår mellomstore bil var grei å parkere. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake»
